Position Title: Business Development Specialist for the Hispanic Market

Location of Employment: 600 Brickell Avenue, Ste. 1775, Miami, FL 33131 (Miami Dade County)

 

Position Duties Summary:

• Identify and target high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients in Latin America.

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored wealth management solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the Latin American wealth management market.

• Analyze client needs and preferences to develop customized financial plans and investment strategies.

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the Latin American market.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and client engagement programs.

 

Position Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (foreign equivalent degree accepted)

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the wealth management or financial services industry

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients in Latin America

• Knowledge of the Latin American wealth management market, including key players, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.

• Knowledge of business intelligence and customer segmentation strategies

• Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.

• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

• Knowledge of financial products and services relevant to high-net-worth clients.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.

• Experience with business intelligence and data analysis software such as Power BI, QlikView/sense

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
