Rafael Mendoza

Rafael Mendoza brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Valuations. He has held prominent roles in top-performing companies such as HSBC, Shell, Nokia, KPMG and has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AmePower and Senior Financial Controller at Semper Laser. Additionally, Rafael has worked for KPMG, gaining invaluable experience in cross border M&A transaction.

Rafael has also made significant contributions in the family office sector, having worked for Carioca Investimentos, the single-family office of Carioca Engenharia's owners in Rio de Janeiro. His expertise extends to academia, where he has taught Corporate Finance for over a decade at Universidad Austral, guiding the next generation of engineers.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad de San Andrés. Throughout his career, Rafael has lived and worked in Argentina, Brazil, and the USA, bringing a diverse international perspective to his roles. Rafael's comprehensive experience and academic background make him a valuable asset to our management team.
